Heaven on earth is what id call this place 💖 Bronco has been attending for just over a year now and the improvement I see in him daily with all his little stubbornness and  sometimes thinking his ears glued on 😂 I couldn't be more thankful for the girls at pamp they love my boy just as much as we do and I'm so thankful at how patient you are with Mr Bronx and teaching him all these new tricks each day but not only that the way you offer advice on things to try help make home life a little easier with this boy I have noticed his social anxiety around other people and dog is vanishing away ( which I never thought we would break) we love pamp and the girls so much for all they do for my boy each and every day he attends his little fluffy paws are always so full of excitement when he sees the sign that he has arrived Id never send my baby anywhere else they are amazing 😍

Our two girls goes to Pamper and Play for daycare and grooming and ever since we found this gem it has been the highlight of our day to see their photos having the best time at daycare with their Aunties and besties! 🐶 📸 I have never trusted anyone outside my family as much as I trust them. They are simply the best people we have ever met and they hold a very special place in our hearts. We wish this happy place nothing but the best and more success always. You are truly the best Aunties of Pamper and Play 🐾💖 If only I could give a million stars I would. Our Charlie girl absolutely loves her days at Pamper & Play. Her anxiety around other pups has improved tremendously. She’s made some best pup friends that she loves playing with. This little guy absolutely LOVES his Aunties at Pamper & Play—both at daycare and in the Spa. When Deni came to me as a rehome 18 months ago, he’d had no socialisation at all. Thanks to the wonderful team at Pamper & Play, he’s not only learned how to be comfortable with new dogs, but he’s also become confident in group settings and learned how to play. The professional dog lovers here have played a huge role in his transformation, and I’m so grateful for their expertise, patience, and genuine care. This week, I was reminded just how truly special Pamper & Play is. After a shocking experience with a new local groomer (who I’d hoped could be a handy backup), what was meant to be a simple ‘tidy up’ turned into a grooming and confidence rescue mission for Chris, Deni’s superstar regular groomer. The difference in care, atmosphere, and professionalism was night and day. Where the other place was cold and uninviting, Pamper & Play is always warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. When we entrust our precious, vulnerable dogs—who have no voice to advocate for themselves—to grooming professionals, we’re paying for a service, not receiving a favour. We should expect to be listened to, have our pets cared for properly, and receive a professional outcome that meets basic industry standards. That’s exactly what you get at Pamper & Play, every single time. Chris is an international-level groomer of exceptional skill and, despite having an absolutely mangled coat to work with, she went above and beyond to restore Deni’s coat to a wonderful style and, even more importantly, improved his confidence with her affectionate handling. Grooming is so much more than just cutting and washing! After the botched job elsewhere, Chris worked her magic, giving Deni a beautiful, professional cut and helping him feel safe and happy again. Suzie, the wonderful owner, prioritising him in a busy salon schedule, made sure everything was kindly cared for and communicated with me every step of the way, even following up with thoughtful texts to check in on us both after the groom to make sure Deni was doing well. Now, Deni is back to having his happy little trot, letting people pat him again, and turning heads for all the right reasons. We’re back to hearing, “Oh, what a cutie!” from everyone we meet, instead of “OMG, what happened to Deni?” from earlier in the week. This is a busy salon, but the team always makes time to ensure every dog and owner leaves feeling like they are the only ones in their world in that moment—and happy. I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and professionalism shown to Deni, especially this week.
